Custom Wheels

Custom wheels are the cream of the crop when it comes to aftermarket rims. These rims are produced individually by teams who have years of experience in wheel production. They are also highly creative individuals who can do a unique commissioned piece especially for your vehicle.

There are many car modification shows on TV, and an integral part of any episode involves the wheels they outfit the ride they’re working on with. Shows from “Pimp My Ride” to “Orange County Choppers” all have at least one segment devoted to the wheels on their vehicles. This is because building custom wheels is an involved process that involves equal parts skill and creativity.

There are some pretty amazing wheels being put out by custom wheel makers these days. One of the wildest developments in recent years has been in the field of LCD wheels. Yes, now you can have wheels that are actually mobile display screens. There is a computer attached to each wheel, which allows you to keep an image static, even while the wheel is spinning. Each wheel can display a separate image, and the images can be just about anything you imagine. Don’t expect the wheels to come cheaply though, a set starts off at about $12 thousand dollars and goes up from there.
